  • Technology recruiters give high levels of satisfaction and dissatisfaction to employers.

    techservicetable641A brand new Technology Sector profile prepared by the REC’s Industry’s Research Unit in the UK sheds light on the strength and weaknesses of IT recruiters. Whilst nearly 1/4 of employers responding in the REC Tracking Survey 2008 thought that the service from recruitment agencies to Technology employers could not be improved, another 1/4 thought that the cost of employing technology staff could be lower. 17% complained that recruiters did not listen to their needs and 16% pleaded not to be called so often by recruiters.
