  • Games Industry HR Managers launch Forum to share best practice at Women in Games Conference

    Sue Eilfield EA VP HRA new event for games industry HR professionals has launched. Hosted at the European Women in Games Conference, the HR Managers Forum is designed for Human Resources professional to network and share best practice.

    The event is to be chaired jointly by Sue Eilfield, VP Human Resources, EA and Tracy Newton-Blows, HR Director, NaturalMotion. The first meeting of the Forum will be at 11.00 on Wednesday 25th September during the European Women in Games Conference which takes place at Millennium Gloucester Hotel, London, SW7 4LH. It will be followed by a networking lunch sponsored by PlayStation First. “I would love to see many more games industry HR leaders and HR managers join us for this year’s Women in Games event and join the HR Managers Forum. I’m excited to take part again this year – it’s a great chance for anyone in games HR to join the conference, learn more about the industry, network with other like-minded HR professionals and share our experiences and practices,”  commented Sue Eilfield, VP Human Resources, EA

    The first agenda will see presentations from Tanya Mukherjee, Diversity Manager at ITV, Kelsey Wesley from EA’s USA based Diversity & Inclusion team and Anna Chamberlain from lawyers Osborne Clarke. There will also be the chance to meet DeeDee Doke, Editor of Recruiter Magazine, the leading magazine for in house recruitment professionals.

    The Forum is open to HR Professionals working in the games industry or technology or media sectors and those performing HR roles as part of their management duties.
